Shipping, Delivery & Returns
We currently ship to Canada and the USA. If you are outside of these countries and you would like to place an order, please contact hello@omskin.com to arrange a shipment.
All orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts) ship for free.
We ship via Canada Post expedited parcels. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships and again when it has been delivered.
If you notice your address is incorrect please reach out to hello@omskin.com as soon as possible. If your order has not already been shipped we can change the delivery address.
If you are not happy with your products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product you are welcome to exchange it so long as it has not been opened. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges involved with exchanging a product.
Just log in and click on your order for an instant, downloadable return label. If you do not wish to set up an account, simply head to our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can add or remove items from an order.
Online Ordering
On the product page you can enter your email address to be notified when a product comes back in stock. As soon as the product is re-stocked you will be notified by email.

Gift cards can be found here. Online gift cards are digital. You will be emailed a code that can be used as credit toward a future order. If you are gifting to a friend, simply forward them the email or print it off and tuck it into a card.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply a discount code to an order after it has been placed. If you forgot to enter a discount code and your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and refund your order so you can place it again with the discount code. Please email hello@omskin.com for help.

All of our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients and without chemical preservatives. Once opened, our products maintain their integrity for up to one year.
Yes! The majority of our products are packaged in glass containers. Any product that is packaged in plastic is 100% recyclable.
Yes, our products are safe for all. We do not use any ingredients that could be harmful to use during pregnancy.
We source all of our ingredients from natural, plant-based sources. Whenever possible, we use certified organic ingredients. Each individual Om product will list the % of organic ingredients.
Our products are not tested on animals. We give 1% of every transaction to the Beagle Freedom Project—the world’s leading organization for rescuing and rehoming animals used in experimental research.
Yes, all of our products are formulated with certified vegan ingredients and come from gluten-free sources.

Before you can access your subscription through the Customer Portal you need to finish setting up your account here.
Once you have entered your information and have chosen a password you will receive an email with a link to verify your account. Please click ‘activate your account’ from within that email and you will be brought directly to your Customer Portal.
If you have already set up an account, you can skip the above and simply sign in.
Within the Customer Portal, click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the right side of the page. From the ‘Home’ tab you can see past orders as well as upcoming shipments.
Navigate to the ‘Upcoming Orders’ tab to skip or change the date of your next shipment.
Yes, subscriptions are fully customizable. You can add as many products as you would like and remove them whenever you want.
Navigate to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and click ‘Add A Product’. You can add any product as a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. When adding new products, you will have the option of adding them to your next subscription order, or selecting an entirely new shipment date.
Three days before your subscription order is set to ship, you will receive an email outlining the details of your order. Be sure to check your junk folder just in case. To avoid missing subscription related information, add us to your email contacts list.
If your subscription order total is under $100, there is a $15 shipping fee associated with the order. All shipments totalling $100 or more receive free shipping.
Yes. You can login anytime and adjust your shipping schedule.
You are welcome to cancel your subscription without incurring cancellation fees after your second shipment has been processed.
Subscription orders are discounted by 20% therefore we are unable to add additional discounts to these products.
You will be billed for your first order when you place your order. All subsequent orders are billed at the interval you selected.
Until you decide you don’t want it anymore! Your subscription renews at the interval you select, but you can skip, pause or switch up your delivery intervals at any time.
