Within Canada, orders are shipped via Canada Post and most often arrive within 3-12 business days from receipt of your order. A tracking number is provided in a shipping confirmation email when the shipment is processed. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-3 business days. Orders headed to the USA are shipped via Canada Post and USPS, and most often arrive in 3-12 business days from receipt of your order. Currently there is no tracking number associated with these shipments.

International orders can be placed by sending an email to hello@omskin.com. You will receive an invoice including shipping costs before your items can be shipped. Shipments to international destinations are shipped via Small Packet International Air and have no tracking number associated with them.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please wait 10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation before contacting hello@omskin.com should your order be delayed. In this case, we can put in a service request with Canada Post to find the package.

If you’d like to return or exchange a phone or online order, please send us a message to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, send us a message; we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Shelf life: 2 years unopened / 1 year after opening

Our products do not contain harsh preservatives so we recommend using them up within 6 months of purchase. Opened products will remain stable up to one year, but using them at their freshest is always recommended.

Product care:

Our products are crafted with organic materials. To ensure that the shelf life remains stable, tightly secure lids and store them in a cool, dark cabinet. Avoid extreme heat and sunlight. Always ensure hands are clean and avoid introducing water into the bottles and jars.
