Storefront Manager – Calgary
The Storefront Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the storefront, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining a motivating and positive work environment for the team. This role includes managing customer service issues, adhering to visual merchandising standards, staffing, and inventory control, as well as fostering a culture of performance and accountability among associates.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Engagement
- Resolve all customer service inquiries effectively
- Fosters a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer engagement and repeat business
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure a first class in-person shopping experience
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead by example, fostering a team-oriented culture where employees feel empowered, supported, and motivated to meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop new employees, ensuring alignment with store goals and values.
- Create the monthly schedule and manage staffing issues as needed.
Sales & Strategy
- Drive sales growth through effective strategy development, performance tracking, and team coaching, ensuring sales targets are consistently met
- Attend weekly video calls with the sales lead to discuss sales, team updates and upcoming promotions
- Experience using CRM systems to support sales and customer engagement
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Develop and maintain a visually appealing and on-brand storefront to enhance customer experience
- Ensure proper inventory rotation and storage standards are met
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering of materials
Financial Management
- Manage daily cash flow, including overseeing cash handling, register accuracy, and preparing deposits
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (experience in skincare or beauty retail preferred)
