Only been using for a couple weeks but so far my hair is very soft and feels healthy. I've been using the mask as conditioner and I leave it on for a little while every time and use a scalp massager. Feels like it's nourishing my hair and I will continue to use. I actually cut the shampoo bar in half since it's so big! It's at least double the size of other shampoo bars I've tried and seems to work well too. Haven't found I need to double wash like I have with other shampoos.
