Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing the brand’s marketing initiatives with a focus on graphic design, content creation, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for creating visually compelling content that embodies the brand’s voice, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing materials across social media, email campaigns, and website assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to create designs that reflect the brand’s voice and message
- Experience with Shopify backend for website content updates and basic management
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools, with the ability to design platform-specific content
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain consistency across all channels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Create high-quality, visually engaging content for social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials (e.g., inserts, packaging, signage)
- Ensure all creative assets are on-brand, engaging, and strategically aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal themes
- Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to ensure designs support overall marketing objectives and product launches
Brand Consistency & Amplification
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s voice and visual identity, maintaining consistency across digital and print platforms
- Innovate and elevate the brand’s visual presence by staying current with design trends and digital marketing strategies
Content Scheduling & Execution
- Manage content calendars and coordinate the scheduling and posting of materials across all platforms (social media, email, website)
- Ensure content is delivered on time, optimized for engagement, and aligned with the marketing strategy
Photoshoot Coordination & Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of photoshoots, collaborating with photographers and the creative director to capture on-brand imagery
- Organize, catalog, and maintain visual assets for easy access and use in marketing materials
Campaign & Performance Support
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring the timely creation of assets and coordination with stakeholders
- Analyze content performance (engagement, click-through rates) and provide insights for future optimizations
Ad Hoc Tasks & Marketing Support
- Assist with design and content creation for internal communications, promotions, and events
- Keep all design assets updated, ensuring they align with evolving marketing strategies and business goals
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
