Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, leading the sales team, and optimizing customer engagement across all sales channels, including storefront, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer (D2C). This role focuses on sales strategy, performance management, and team development while ensuring a first-class customer experience. The Senior Sales Manager collaborates closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Drive sales growth by setting performance targets, developing regional sales strategies, and ensuring alignment across all sales channels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue in storefront, wholesale, and D2C markets.
- Create, track, and analyze monthly sales KPIs to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify emerging sales opportunities and threats.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Service Management
- Lead the customer service team and refine/implement customer service policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience across all storefront locations.
- Analyze and optimize the customer journey, incorporating feedback to enhance engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to align sales strategies with product availability and customer demand.
- Ensure customer concerns and escalations are handled efficiently and professionally.
Visual Merchandising and Storefront Operations
- Oversee visual merchandising execution across all storefront locations, ensuring displays enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain an engaging and visually appealing store environment.

Ensure product availability and merchandising alignment across storefront and wholesale channels.
Sales Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the storefront teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and deliver sales training materials to ensure consistency in sales best practices.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new employees, ensuring a motivated and high-achieving team.
- Oversee performance management, including conducting performance reviews and addressing disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies.
Budgeting & Sales Planning
- Collaborate on annual sales forecasts and budgeting to align with business objectives.
- Ensure resource allocation and sales efforts support company growth goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.
- Create and monitor sales targets.
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs across all levels of the organization, including customer service and sales associate performance.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure that promotional strategies are effectively executed online and at the storefront and wholesale levels.
- Align sales strategies with broader business and marketing objectives to drive brand growth.
- Collaborate with customer service, fulfillment, and product development teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in beauty, skincare, or retail industries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000-$100,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Calgary preferred
