    Sales Associate

    The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting in achieving sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of the storefront.     Responsibilities:

    Customer Service & Engagement:

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized skincare recommendations
    • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer engagement and repeat business
    • Contribute to maintaining a positive in-store environment that promotes customer satisfaction

    Sales & Strategy:

    • Meet or exceed sales goals through product knowledge and customer engagement
    • Actively promote ongoing sales, promotions, and new product launches

    Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

    • Maintain a visually appealing and on-brand storefront, ensuring products are displayed according to company standards
    • Ensure shelves and displays are stocked and organized, following visual merchandising guidelines
    • Help with restocking shelves and product rotation to ensure fresh, appealing displays

    Team Collaboration & Support:

      • Collaborate with team members to maintain store operations and meet sales goals
      • Assist with training new associates and share best practices for customer service and sales
      • Contribute to team meetings and sales discussions to improve store performance

      Inventory Management:

        • Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment, ensuring accurate product availability
        • Help with receiving shipments and ensuring products are properly stored and accounted for

        Education and Experience Requirements:

        • High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
        • Minimum 1 year of retail experience (experience in skincare or beauty retail is preferred)
        • Passion for skincare and beauty products, with a desire to learn about new products and trends

        Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

        Expected Hours: 10 – 40 per week

        Pay: $22.00 per an hour

        • Ensure proper inventory rotation and storage standards are met

        Inventory Management

        • Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering of materials

        Financial Management

        • Manage daily cash flow, including overseeing cash handling, register accuracy, and preparing deposits

        Education and Experience Requirements:

        • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus)
        • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (experience in skincare or beauty retail preferred)

        JOB TYPE: Full-time

        Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)
