We’re after the premium real estate on your bathroom counter. We want all your brand love when people compliment your skin. So if something’s not right, we’ll make it right (within 30 days of your order).

All products can be returned in new or gently used condition (at least 75% left) for a full refund. Just log in and enter your order details to begin the process. If you do not wish to set up an account, simply head to our Returns Portal to initiate your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

At Om, we believe that real is beautiful. So keep it honest, and keep on glowing. If a product is returned altered or heavily used, we may refuse your refund, but we’ll be a little sad about it.

How are returned items credited back to me?

Returned items are normally credited in the original form of payment.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed from the day we receive your package. We will notify you by email once we have processed your return.


At this time, items purchased internationally (from the USA and beyond) are final sale. If you would like to sample our products before you commit to the full sizes, we encourage you to shop our Radiant Sample Box or Mini Face Care Kits. Alternatively, we have many retail partners based in the USA who offer returns on orders, who you may consider shopping with. Find them here.


For shipments within Canada and the USA we offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat fee of $15.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post and most often arrive within 3-12 business days from receipt of your order. A tracking number is provided in a shipping confirmation email when the shipment is processed.

Orders to all other destinations can be placed by sending an email to You will receive an invoice including shipping costs. Duties may be extra. Currently there is no tracking number associated with these shipments.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please wait 10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation before contacting should your order be delayed. In this case, we can put in a service request with Canada Post to find the package.


You are welcome to cancel your subscription without incurring cancellation fees after your second shipment has been processed.
