For shipments within CANADA and the USA we offer free shipping on orders over $120. Orders under $120 are charged a flat fee of $20.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or an alternative carrier as needed, and most often arrive within 3-12 business days from receipt of your order. A tracking number is provided in a shipping confirmation email when the shipment is processed.

We’re after the premium real estate on your bathroom counter. We want all your brand love when people compliment your skin. So if something’s just not right, we’ll make it right (within 30 days of your order).

All products can be returned in new or gently used condition (at least 75% left) for a full refund. Just log in and click on your order for an instant, downloadable return label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

At Om, we believe that real is beautiful. So keep it honest, and keep on glowing. If a product is returned altered or heavily used, we may refuse your refund, but we’ll be a little sad about it.

Shelf life: 1 year unopened / 6 months after opening

Our products do not contain harsh preservatives so we recommend using them up within 6 months of purchase. Opened products will remain stable up to one year, but using them at their freshest is always recommended.

Product care:

Our products are crafted with organic materials. To ensure that the shelf life remains stable, tightly secure lids and store them in a cool, dark cabinet. Avoid extreme heat and sunlight. Always ensure hands are clean and avoid introducing water into the bottles and jars.
